Selina is a PhD candidate in the Department of Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen, where she completed a Research Master in Understanding Societal Change. Selina’s PhD research examines the temporal dynamics of resilience in organizations, with the overarching goal to describe and explain the process of resilience in the organizational context, including the trajectories of reactivity and recovery after adverse work events and influencing factors.
