Melany Horsfall works as Head of Fieldwork for the Psychiatry department of Amsterdam UMC. She manages a team of research assistants, provides advice on the design and conduct of fieldwork for various studies, and she works as Project Coordinator for the MARIO study and as Central Fieldwork Coordinator for NESDA. In addition she conducts research on the influence of interviewer–participant interaction on data collection.
