Maria Eșanu is a PhD student in the Department of Developmental Psychology at the University of Groningen. She completed a Research Master’s in Behavioral and Social Sciences with a specialization in clinical psychology. She conducted research examining how mental health and well-being are impacted by psychosocial factors such as social identification and support. Her PhD project focuses on stress inoculation interventions to prevent stress-related psychopathology in daily life.
