Aniket Mazumder is a Research Technician at the VU Amsterdam. Since April 2023, he has contributed to developing the latest avatar of the VU Ambulatory Monitoring System (VU-AMS). Before joining VU, Aniket was a PhD student at the University of Groningen, where he focused on designing and developing innovative control strategies for actively controlled prosthetic systems for lower limb amputees. With an educational background in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD from the University of Groningen, Aniket has extensive experience in developing advanced human-machine interfaces, biomechanical signal analysis, sensor fusion, and assistive wearable technologies as a part of augmentative robotic systems.
