Jannis Kraiss is an assistant professor at the section of Psychology, Health & Technology of the University of Twente. He has a strong interest in novel research methods including ecological momentary assessments and interventions, micro randomized trials, and machine learning. His main research focus lies on developing evidence-based just-in-time adaptive interventions for improving well-being. In this context, he focuses on investigating the optimal timing of interventions in daily life, what interventions work for whom and under which circumstances, and how interventions can be personalized to the individual.
