Anita Keller is an Associate Professor at the Organizational Psychology department at the University of Groningen. She studies how leaders and employees experience and manage the conditions under which they have to perform their work (e.g., work design) and themselves (e.g., self-regulation). Current projects investigate the temporal patterns of self-regulation behavior and adaptation processes during stressful periods (e.g., coping with work interruptions, work role transitions). Her work has been published in a number of top-tier outlets and she currently serves as an Associate Editor for Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
