Hugo Klarenberg is a postdoctoral research associate at the department of Biological Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His background is in cardiovascular bioengineering, particularly Magnetic resonance Imaging in combination with data science. He has previously worked with cardiac patients and athletes on developing new real-time imaging techniques to decrease scan-times. Moreover, he has worked with factor analysis techniques on big data concerning cardiometabolic disorders and physical activity.

Research Question

“What factor structure underlies stress-related Ecological Momentary Assessments (EMA) data from all Stress in Action related cohort studies?

Being part of the Data Infrastructure Support Core (DISC), my roles are to catalogue the existing ambulatory datasets and to work on the new cohort enrichment data and to set out the infrastructure.
